A total of 1,008 players and staff were tested for COVID-19 on Monday and Tuesday this week.
The Premier League said in a statement that four people from three clubs have returned positive tests and will now isolate themselves for seven days.
This gives the total number of people who test positive among Premier League clubs to 12. Watford defender Adrian Mariappa, Bournemouth goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale and Burnley assistant manager Ian Woan are among the confirmed cases in previous rounds.
The latest figures were announced on the day the clubs voted unanimously to resume contact training this week as part of the plan to revive the competition, possibly in June.
