At the end of the internship agreement, midfielder Malamine Doumbouya, born in 2000, leaves Stade Rennais.
It’s a small turnaround in Rennes. While it was mentioned that he signed his first professional contract with Stade Rennais a few months ago, Malamine Doumbouya will finally leave his training club.
At the end of the internal contract, the midfielder takes on a new challenge. However, discussions had begun with the player and his entourage during the Olivier Létang era. They have not been able to reach an agreement in recent weeks.
Arrived in early 2018, Doumbouya was one of the great architects for the title as champion of France U19 won last season by Stade Rennais, and synonymous with qualification in the Youth League. He was one of the managers of the 2000 generation.
