A 16 year old goes pro at OM

Ugo Bertelli, a talented midfielder for young OM teams, has just initiated his first professional contract with the Marseille team.

Olympique de Marseille continues to secure its future by promoting the youth in its fitness center. Within a few days, the Marseille club has integrated five new elements among the pros. The latest is Ugo Bertelli, a midfielder just 16 years old.

Bertelli, who is said to be one of the best on the Marseille side, signed a three-year lease. A deal that rewards his progress and increases him for further progress in the future.

Richecard Richard, Nassim Ahmed, Jores Rahou and Cheick Souaré are the other clubs that have initiated professional contracts. They all hope to make their debut at the highest level next season, led by André Vilals-Boas.

During the previous championship campaign, five players trained in the club were used by the Portuguese coach, in this case Maxime Lopez (23 matches), Lucas Perrin (4), Boubacar Kamara (24), Marley Aké (9) and Florian Chabrolle (1).
