Ivorian President Ouattara pardons his predecessor Gbagbo to advertise “social cohesion”

Ivory Coast President Alassane Ouattara introduced on Saturday that he has pardoned his predecessor, Laurent Gbagbo, who confronted a 20-year jail sentence for his conviction in 2018 on account of political unrest.
