Zambians vote in close race for president

On tonight’s issue: Zambians cast their votes in crowded polling stations until closing time on a largely peaceful voting day. But as millions turned out to vote, WhatsApp and other social media platforms were restricted in the country. And we’re heading to Senegal, where renters are increasingly concerned about rising house prices. Many are unable to pay their rents and landlords circumvent the weak laws that have been enacted.
